GIVING

How are you able to protect an entire acre of rainforest for every item you sell?

This is the foundation for why we started this brand.  Most people don't realize that you can protect an entire acre of rainforest for as little as $.50 on certain projects. It really depends on the specific project we're funding at the time, but typically our donations will help preserve anywhere from 1/4 acre to 2 acres each (yes, sometimes your purchase will actually help preserve MORE than an acre.)  Trust us, a little goes a long way and your purchase will TRULY make a difference, regardless of the scope of the project.

There are a lot of organizations out there that help protect rainforests.  Why did you choose Rainforest Trust?

There are truly many different organizations that are working tirelessly to make a difference in this space, however, we were called to work with Rainforest Trust, one of the leaders in the protection of ecosystems and wildlife worldwide, due to their charity rating.  Rainforest Trust has consistently been given a 4-star rating, the highest rating possible, by Charity Navigator, a third party organization that rates charities based on their transparency and efficiency.  Thanks to the support of their board members who cover the majority of the operating expenses, Rainforest Trust is able to allocate 100% of the project donations directly to conservation action.  This is one of the fundamental reason we chose to work with Rainforest Trust, to insure the maximum impact from our donations.

What is a compression sleeve?  Will these prevent me from getting injured? 

We like to provide our customer with quality garments at affordable pricing. We source our garments from a variety of brands that have great fashionable options and company ethics that follow a sustainable practice. It’s important to us to provide shirts that feel good to wear and that also fit you well. Most of our line is made in the U.S. and sewn in Los Angeles. No sweatshops are ever used in the making of the garments.

What brands do you print on?

We like to provide our customer with quality garments at affordable pricing. We source our garments from a variety of brands that have great fashionable options and company ethics that follow a sustainable practice. It’s important to us to provide shirts that feel good to wear and that also fit you well. Most of our line is made in the U.S. and sewn in Los Angeles. No sweatshops are ever used in the making of the garments. 

How should I care for my shirts? Will they shrink?

The best way to care for your shirts is to turn them inside out and machine or hand wash them on cold. Since all of the shirts have some percentage of cotton, they will tend to shrink a little after being washed and dried. For the least shrinkage, dry on low or hang dry.  

What type of printing process is used on your apparel?

All of our shirts are screen printed by hand. We use water-based eco-friendly inks and occasionally discharge printing. 

 

Will the printing fade?

Because we choose to use soft water-based inks, some of the prints will fade some after being washed. 

 

Do you print your own shirts?

Yes, all of our shirts are hand-printed in house.

 

How do I know what size shirt to order?

Each product page has links to sizing charts. Refer to these charts and any special instructions given per product.

 

CHECKOUT

I put my payment info in but I keep getting an error. Why?

Check to make sure the zip code attached to your credit card matches what you are putting in for the payment field. Shopify wants to make sure it has fraud protection for you and our store so this is just a precaution to help with that. 

 

PACKAGING

We use Eco-Enclose for our packaging which is made from 100% recycled materials, resuable, and recyclable. 

SHIPPING

How long does it take for shirts to arrive?

Standard shipping for orders in the contiguous US takes 3-5 business days. International orders usually take 3-5 weeks to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing. The tracking for international orders will not update once the package leaves the US, but the order is still on its way.

 

What shipping method do you use?

Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.  International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail.

 

How much does shipping cost?

It depends on your country and the size of your order.  The easiest way to determine your shipping cost is to add the items to your cart, then you will see the shipping method drop down that shows the country and price. *Please note: Orders shipped outside of the U.S. are subject to regular customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do. If you do not see your country listed at check out then email us and tell us where you live so that a shipping rate can be created for your region.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

 

What is your return policy?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Soulstice purchase, you can send it back for a free exchange or refund. Items must be returned in their original condition. We do not accept items that have been washed or worn. We have to re-sell the items you return or exchange so they need to be in their original condition or we can not grant you the refund or exchange.

We do not cover the return shipping cost, but exchanges will be shipped out at no additional cost.
